Our Process

At LHI, we follow a meticulous process to ensure the treated surface is smooth and clean:

Scoring and Gel Application

We begin by scoring the wallpaper and applying a gel solution with warm water to loosen the material. Depending on the wallpaper's adhesiveness and age, we may also use a steaming approach.

Thorough Cleaning

The surface is thoroughly washed to ensure no solution remains on the wall. This step minimizes the need for extensive spackling.

Advanced Sanding Technology

Our unique Festool technology uses orbital sanding equipment connected to a state-of-the-art, HEPA-certified vacuum system. This ensures minimal dust and achieves ultimate smoothness prior to wallpaper removal.
